Symptoms

Have you found that you feel persistently low and unable to shake off negative thoughts?

Are you in a dark place mentally that you feel no amount of light could possibly brighten?

Have you lost interest in activities that would interest you normally?

Do you feel tired all the time?

Why should you see your GP?

These feelings are unhealthy.

They might lead you to do something you might regret, such as break up healthy relationships, harm yourself or someone.

They can affect your daily functioning at school, work or at home.

You can do something about these feelings and your GP can help you start the journey to recovery.
