“Yes, please. So, I see a lady in a red swimsuit lying on her back. She is quite close to the sea… so close.” He throws his hand up in exasperation. “Lily, I’m afraid, all I see is a lady trying to drown herself. She’s dead meat once the tides come in”
“The tide did come in Peter, but the lady was no dead meat. She revelled in it. I know, because she’s me.”
